A word about Nashville. Now, people can be any sort of "consenting adults" as one wishes until one neglects biology. People who define themselves as so-called "trans" might feel they are in the body that is not what one thinks is preferred. Now, gender re-assignment surgery has been available for some time. However, this state of affairs comes to an end when one such trans individual, who had been named Audey Hale, came to the Covenant School, a Christiam establishment, and killed six people, including three children/


Hale's atrocity was bad enough but it was the reaction of the media was more disturbing. As mentioned, Covenant is a Christian school and the media has been known to have an extreme bias in that regard. Six people can die at the hands of one individual who at best was confused and at worst was malevolent.


In any event, to the business at hand. Sun Tsu was a Chinese military theorist whose seminal work, The Art of War, composed during that period in Chinese history called the Warring States." The "book" printed on strips of bamboo, was divided into thirteen chapters that covered all aspects of battlefield reality, from the ability to maneuver to logistics as well as intelligence. The Art of War also approached the realm of politics. It has been said that war are politics by other means and also that politics are war by other means. Of all the book's precepts, the one Sun Tsu claimed most important would be to achieve the goals of a nation without going to war.


Joe Biden has probably never read Sun Tsu. His Chinese counterpart, Xi Jinping probably has because he is executing that precise precept that Sun Tsu had indicated all those centuries ago. And President Biden is being a great help. His "America Last" approach has been the best thing to happen to the Peoples' Republic since the days of the Warring States.


In fact, there has never been any serious resistance on the part of the Biden Administration against the Chinese. There could be numerous explanations but Biden is not preparing for a broader conflict with China. So that means that there will be no explanation as to covid origins. There will be no attempt to curtail fentanyl distribution.

(TEQUILA !) Happy Cinco de Mayo or May 5th. One can hope that a lot of you out there are awash in inebriation, seeking to mainline tequila shots or enjoying a nice margarita on the patio. Intended Consequences

(Intended Consequences) For those Readers who live in the Tri-State area, who had the earthquake this morning, just be still.  There is a postulate called the Law of Un-Intended Consequences. Basically, it says that even with the best intentions, negative results sometimes happen. However, there are also instances when a negative result is precisely the desired outcome.
