The History of political tricks in Washington is as old as the Republic itself. Perhaps the most infamous, at least for the moment, is the Watergate scandal. A burglary of Democrat Headquarters, housed at the time in the Watergate Hotel, and the subsequent investigation revealed Nixon White House involvement with aids and attorney's contributing to the break-in itself and its attempted concealment. The affair eventually forced President Nixon to resign.


Now, a generation or so later, these same elements within Deep State Washington, the FBI, he CIA, the Justice Department, all acting on the impetus of the Hillary Clinton Presidential Campaign, colluded in the effort to recon the Trump Campaign by insisting that the GOP Nominee at the time had links to Russia and, after Trump was elected President, re-doubled the efforts to keep him a one term.


All of this is in the Durham Report that basically chronicled a mythology that President Trump was all but a stooge for Moscow. That was totally false but the investigation served its purpose. When the covid-19 pandemic hit, President Trump could be, and was, further isolated while at the same time, Democrats were conforming the electorate. With active participation of the same elements that had compromised Nixon, so Trump was denied a second term because establishment Washington found him too un-predicable


The veil of how things really work in the Capitol, how there is a re-enforcing collaboration across federal agencies, especially in the law enforcement and intelligence circles that can manipulate information to the advocacy of one and the detriment of the other. Hillary Clinton probably violated statute with her e-mail issue. But, because she was the Democrat Nominee in 2016, she was allowed reprieve.


That could not be the case with Donald Trump. His' becoming President was a shock to the system and the Trump Administration was intent on its own course. As that was contrary to the needs and desires of the Deep State, Donald Trump had to be framed. And Hillary Clinton. her people at FBI, CIA, and Justice, proved just the people to do it. Otherwise, Trump could still be President. And that, is the big picture .

TEQUILA !

(TEQUILA !) Happy Cinco de Mayo or May 5th. One can hope that a lot of you out there are awash in inebriation, seeking to mainline tequila shots or enjoying a nice margarita on the patio. Intended Consequences

(Intended Consequences) For those Readers who live in the Tri-State area, who had the earthquake this morning, just be still.  There is a postulate called the Law of Un-Intended Consequences. Basically, it says that even with the best intentions, negative results sometimes happen. However, there are also instances when a negative result is precisely the desired outcome.
