Never thought it had been the end of the business. On the day when former President Trump could be indicted over the January 6th inquiries, two IRS whistle blowers came before the House Judiciary Committee, explaining how the activities of Hunter Biden is a much more serious affair, The President's son earned millions in income from various sources but the assessed liability is much less than would normally be true. That is why the cocaine investigation has its un-confirmed source, but it is not like that is any real mystery.


Under the mandate of the Biden Administration, the Department of Justice has been to run interference for the Bidens. There were these two testimonials today and there are possibly more that have yet to be identified. So, what was said today on Capitol Hill is not necessarily new, but it is maintaining a trend as House Republican continue to unwrap Biden dealings with China and others.


The Biden Administration has vertical integration. Institutions that are nominally independent have been compromised. Its green agenda, its Bidenomics and its anemic foreign policy.  A part of this equation is Hunter Biden and though more is being learned and while more might be learned, verdicts already rendered will remain un-changed.


It is only natural to expect the next shoe to drop for Donald Trump. There has been a mythology that has arisen over the ex-President's role in the January 6th. At one end, Trump was all but formatting a rebellion, a sore loser had a tantrum. The more benign view is that the encourage was for a peaceful protest that de-generated into the riot. In any event, Trump could be charged in that renewed context.


At the same time, there is some concern over the President himself. He did not handle his visit with the Israeli President Herzog. Even seeing Biden in this state, however, he still beats Donald Trump.

TEQUILA !

(TEQUILA !) Happy Cinco de Mayo or May 5th. One can hope that a lot of you out there are awash in inebriation, seeking to mainline tequila shots or enjoying a nice margarita on the patio. Or, in other words, relax. Take a breath. De-compress. Intended Consequences

(Intended Consequences) For those Readers who live in the Tri-State area, who had the earthquake this morning, just be still.  There is a postulate called the Law of Un-Intended Consequences. Basically, it says that even with the best intentions, negative results sometimes happen. However, there are also instances when a negative result is precisely the desired outcome. Like with the Israel- Hamas war where the Biden Administration continues to press for an all but unilateral ceasefire on the part of Israel. In California, the new $20/HR minimum wage is wreaking havoc on the fast food industry. And finally, after depleting the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, oil has now become too expensive.
