From Bad To Worse ?

(From Bad To Worse ?)

Presidents have not had a week this bad since that time in August, 1974 when President Nixon was compelled to resign. President Biden is not faring much better. His son has just been indicted on felony gun charges by lying and not being truthful in facts of possession. If convicted, Hunter Biden could face 25 years behind bars. There is also the Impeachment investigation.  In addition, Bidenomics is being revealed as the fraud that it is. The United Auto Workers are set to strike, and people have come to the belated realization that Biden is too old and in retrospect, perhaps should be replaced.

One can remember the plea deal that fell apart in a Delaware court a few weeks ago. The three count charge current charges against Biden Jr. are that he lied about having a gun and also that said possession occurred during the period when he had been involved with narcotics. It is being noted that the counts facing Hunter and the prison term would be the same as any other citizen. Now that he no longer has that option, he could nee4 to call his father to testify.

The House investigations about to get underway in small manner seek to link the President to his son's various commercial and foreign activities and any largess he had been able to derive. In other words, had the President been bribed ? Bribery is a so-called "High Crime" ss defined by the Constitution. If that can be demonstrated conclusively with documents and testimony, than any prospective impeachment vote could be facilitated. In any event, there was certainly influence peddling.

It is no accident that the Administration is still promoting Bidenomics. The rest of the country that is seeing inflation, high gas prices, green new deal excesses, Biden's war on fossil fuels and the lunatic fringe that is agreeing with him. As had been noted, the President will drag thew country, kicking and screaming if he has to, till everybody either has an electric car or agree to some form of rationing and be forced into public transportation. Oil is at $90 a barrel and that is eviscerating the middle class. Not that the President cares.

Such prospects are not sitting well with the auto industry. At least one of the Big Three car manufacturers will go on strike at midnight. It has been the coercion from the Administration that is forcing the production of electric vehicles, that have cost Ford over $4 billion. The only way for the American auto industry would be to heavily subsidize the Car Companies, again, spending tax payer money in another bailout of Detroit. For these reasons, work stoppages could begin this evening.

Ted Giesel, Dr Suess, once drew a character named Marven K Mooney. Basically, Mooney had to leave and he could do so on so many modes of transportation. President Biden is being encouraged to be the next Marven K. Mooney and leave. In polls that are even suggesting a majority of Democrats wish him to move on. However, whenever that possibility arises and the Vice President is not necessarily a good option herself.

That leaves Donald Trump, but he still cannot be re-elected. Right ? At least the former President is having a better week.
