War. . .By Other Means

(War. By Other Means)

The great Prussian military theorist, Kael von Clausewitz, once remarked that war is politics by other means. And the old Junker was right because what is war but a failure of politics to resolve a dispute without violence. The reverse is equally true, however. Politics is war. in the same way. On this, September 3rd, the date Britain and France declared War on Nazi Germany who had invaded Poland two days prior.

These pages began in 2010, during the Obama Administration. A tendency among Democrats was noted that in order to pass their legislative program, it could not done by popular acclaim. Democrats policies are not generally popular and generally would not win in Congress. That is when a solicitation to the courts is sought, or if that bench is not friendly, or of it is the wrong people on Capitol Hill. In their minds, power is an end in itself that could never be achieved with Constitutional limits. If the Supreme Court was packed ? If Puerto Rico and District of Columbia could be made states with two reliable Democrat Senators apiece ? And, the elimination of the filibuster.

Some people are afraid of Donald Trump the way others had been afraid of Virgina Wolf. That being said, who can say the Democrat attempts to isolate the Republican front-runner are not being carried out like clockwork military operations ? In a perverted fashion, Democrats are using their interpretation of the Law and also using friendly judges and jurisdictions and grand jury counterparts to combine and force the former President off the Campaign trail. Keep in proceedings and away from where he could rally people.

Now, this bespoke two questions and these have been the same ones. Either Trump cannot win the Big Show, or perhaps he can. One of his Appointments will be on the eve of Super Tuesday and, considering how Trump might fare in those early states on the Calander, if the former President has a delegate count going into that special day in March, 2024, and he still prevails ?

It seems that the greater the effort to damage Trump, including the "mug-shot" and the merchandising that has gone with it, Trump's lead among Republicans has escalated and state polls have him at least tied with the President. And, depending on how strong a third-party insurgence might be, Biden actually loses to Trump, 40-39%. But that is still long shot.

But the point has been made.
