The Academy Awards were presented last night. Predictably, the biopic Oppenheimer was the dominant feature, winning seven awards, including Best Picture, out of thirteen nominations. For voting Members at the Academy, their choice for Best Picture was too long and Trinity, the explosion, was too small.  The television audience, as in past broadcasts, was small. About the same number that tuned the President's State of the Union last Thursday.


In voting for who might win what Oscar, there is no "none of the above" option. There would appear to be one when it comes to Presidential Primaries. In the recent slate of Democrat contests, the so-called "non-committed," none of the above in other words, were counted in numbers that could affect vote totals in states like Michigan or Minnesota, each with Muslim populations. The political animal he is, Biden is now looking to influence Israel to engage in a more permeant cease fire, which at this stage, would mean a continuation of Hamas and the eventual destruction of Israel. Fortunately, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu is not interested in the political realities of President Biden.


What Biden might lose with Muslim populations. however, he could recover with Hispanics. It has always been surmised that the open border was to gain more democrat voters. However, it has also come to light that these illegal aliens will now be counted by the Census. Non citizens who the President says "built the country," and if they were added to state rolls as individuals, Congressional seats could be added. There was a Republican Bill in the Senate that would have prevented non-citizens from being counted, but it was blocked by the entire Senate Democrat Caucus.


This is why President Biden reversed his comment on illegal versus un-documented because Laken Riley murderer, and those like him will help keep Biden in office. Now, for most people, the Riley killing is un-conscionable but for the President and his Party, it is merely the price of doing business.


That being said, the Election in November will have one of two outcomes. Either Donald Trump will be re-elected, with a combination of popular and Electoral votes or it will be demonstrated that the Democrat machine, with its combination of Big Media, Big Money, and Big Tech and put Biden back into Office. Those are the only choices and that will determine the nature of the United States for generations to come.

(TEQUILA !) Happy Cinco de Mayo or May 5th. One can hope that a lot of you out there are awash in inebriation, seeking to mainline tequila shots or enjoying a nice margarita on the patio. Intended Consequences

(Intended Consequences) For those Readers who live in the Tri-State area, who had the earthquake this morning, just be still.  There is a postulate called the Law of Un-Intended Consequences. Basically, it says that even with the best intentions, negative results sometimes happen. However, there are also instances when a negative result is precisely the desired outcome.
