Or, whatever sound a duck makes. As is known by now and after repeated statements denying the action, President Biden has pardoned son Hunter for all acts committed over the last few years. Hunter Biden had been the most visible element of Biden "Inc." Assuming that President Biden had always been the "Big Guy," Junior was able to use that fact to funnel money to Biden and his family. The Ukraine venture, ties in China. Kazakhstan, Moscow and Romania, all part of a pyramid scheme that made this corruption the second family business outside of politics. And the Laptop from Hell had also been Hunters.


Hunter Biden is a drug addict. He is a failed Naval Officer. And over the years, has experienced gun charges was found guilty on tax evasion. He was the focal point in the House Republican investigation into President Biden. Younger Biden was also introduced to a so-called Plea Deal that was un-acceptable on its face. Hunter, like President-Elect Trump could have been incarcerated at some point.


The whole script has to what had been planned over the last few years has been discounted. How were things supposed to work. The President Trump collapse in 2020 and the Democrat sweep of Congress as well as Biden's Election. When Republicans narrowly re-took the House in 2022, the thing done at the time was to investigate Biden and the various slush funds. The query could have led to Biden's Impeachment.


But President Biden went away. In large measure, as Hunter Biden was no longer necessary and while there still things to know, things have moved on. Former President Trump will be President once again. It was thought that if Hunter Biden was to be pardoned, President Trump could have done it. In any event, Junior has been removed from legal jeopardy. But it is one more promise the President broke.


The Hunter pardon is a stab against all those who stood in support of the father and his son. The younger Biden is a tragic figure, and it would be easy to see the hypocrisy. If there were ever a two-tiered Justice System, the Junior pardon is clear evidence of its existence. President Biden is on the way out and like a homeowner. unable to now pay the mortgage, inflicts damage on the house that makes it difficult to re-sell. In this case, however, the House address is at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

(Keeping The Faith ?) Happy Memorial Day ! This is the day when the nation pauses and recognizes the contributions of the men and women that strove, and often times perished in the defense of this country. How many campaigns and battles have been seen over the years with Americans in harms way. Theirs was not a pursuit of glory, necessarily but they are remembered as such. Siege Of The Alamo

(Siege Of The Alamo) Any visitor to Downtown San Antonio will recognize the City's most famous landmark, the Alamo. An old Spanish mission that means "Cottonwood" in English was the site where the likes of Jim Bowie, William Barrett Travis and Davy Crockett and about another 185 Texians defended the Mission and its compound for thirteen days against the Army of General Antonio Lopez de Santa Ana and his 5,000 troops. The garrison was finally reduced on March 6, 1836. However, the Texian defeat at the Alamo and another one at Goliad, bought time for General Sam Houston time to fall back and then face Santa Ana at San Jacinto. There, Houston's army surprised the Mexicans and yelling "Remember the Alamo, Remember Goliad !" all but wiped out the Mexican force.
