BLARNEY: Irish For (expletive deleted)
Happy St Patrick's Day ! Enjoy all the Irish beer, Irish coffees. St Patrick's Day Parades And mind the blarney, One knows of the infamy of he Blarney Stone where, kissing it, bestows the subject with a so-called Gift of Gab, or the ability to speak what is oftentimes nonsense. What is also nonsense. Like a federal judge ordering the halt of a flight of criminal illegal aliens when they were already in the air. Similarly, Columbia Hamas sympathizer, Mahmoud Kahlil might have his Visa revoked and could be expelled by a 1798 Alien Enemies Act. Finally, in another attempt to shield illegal migrants against ICE apprehension efforts.
Anyone see a theme ? There is such a thing as criminal defense but the people involved in these cases perform rape and murder as a matter of course. They stand with the slaughter of innocents. Of redeeming qualities, theirs are few. As it happens, most of those involved will end up incarcerated in facilities that would make Alcatraz seem like Minimum Security.
The Judge that thought he could halt an immigration re-location flight in progress was named James Boasberg. He has had history with President Trump as it had been his docket that signed the first FISA Warrant. At his Appellate level, his rulings tended to rule against Trump initiatives. He has been re-versed on occasion but as an Obama Appointee, so, as a jurist. If there such a thing as a Sanctuary Judge, Boasberg would be one.
Since the atrocity of October 7th, over a year ago, there has been a up-surge of anti-Israel agitation with centers in Columbia and elsewhere. A recent locus has been Mahmood Kahlil who, as a Hamas advocate is figuring heavily in Columbia protests. The State Department wants to send Khalil to El Salvador. A just outcome. At the same time, however, Khalil has advocates of his own, rallying to his cause.
Speaking of advocates, why are so many lawyers running interference to ICE deportation efforts ? These are the same criminals that are being sent abroad for reasons specified. Would it not be a good thing to have these dangerous individuals removed from polite society ? What motivation might there be to hold on to these people ?
The common theme here, the Judge, the terrorist wannabe, or the judicial activist lawyers, all believing that their sanctuary tendencies. According to the Trump Administration, such jurisdictions will begin to be limited and those who continue their support are just Blarney. That's still Irish for (expletive deleted).
